Infinima Spa has made arrangements to protect the personal information of its employees, collaborators, clients, and suppliers.

For this purpose, an inventory of sensitive information has been made, and Infinima Spa has appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal information to ensure that no harm is caused by the disclosure of this information without the prior consent of the concerned individual.

This person ensures that all information is adequately destroyed within the time frame prescribed by law, that those with access to this information have signed confidentiality agreements, that the number of these individuals is limited, and that they are aware of Law 25 on the protection of private information and will act accordingly. The files containing this information are locked, and electronically, the company's information is protected by firewalls and antivirus software.

1. Modesty and Coverage: It is mandatory to remain covered throughout the session.
2. Confidentiality: Our therapists do not share their personal information.
3. Use of Formal Address: We address all clients formally.
4. Sheet Handling: We adhere to a strict modesty policy regarding sheet handling.
5. Explanations: Each massage treatment is explained before it begins.
6. Duration and Products: We respect the duration of the treatments and only use our products.

Managing Inappropriate Behavior

In case of doubtful or inappropriate behavior, our therapists are trained to act appropriately. Here is how we handle specific situations:

1. Client requesting to be nude without coverage: It is necessary to remain covered for comfort and mutual respect.
2. Client exposing themselves without warning: The session will be immediately terminated.
3. Personal Questions: Our therapists focus on providing a professional service and will not discuss their personal lives.
4. Refusal of the health questionnaire: This questionnaire is essential. If refused, we will not be able to provide the massage.
5. Request for a full-body massage: Our massages respect specific areas and the spa’s modesty policies.
